Information Desk Displays (Plasma TVs)

Do you have a class, program, or event you would like to promote? We can help!

Your information can be displayed on 2 giant plasma TV screens located behind the Information Desk in the Student Services Center.


How to submit?

Just complete the Information Desk Displays form, then email materials as an attachment to Brian Hayden, bhayden@elcamino.edu. Your slides will be included the following day.

What format?

PowerPoint is the preferred format. Slides are displayed for 10 seconds each.


What to include?

Think of it like a billboard. For best results include a title, a brief description, a picture or graphic, event info (date and location), and contact (phone number, email, or webpage). Keep text large, as information may be read from afar or written down quickly.


How long will my slides be displayed?

As long as the information remains up-to-date and relevant. Please indicate on the Information Desk Displays form when your slides should be taken down. If no end date is given, we advise updating slides regularly to continue drawing viewers.


Other considerations

Other file formats (like PDF or Word) should be in landscape orientation to match the screens. If submitting multiple PowerPoint slides, please limit to 3 slides maximum.
