Breach of Taxpayer Data at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
The 'Get Transcript' application has been temporarily disabled due to a data breach at the IRS.
Students and parents are encouraged to use the Data Retrieval Tool via their FAFSA. Students or parents may still request the IRS Tax Transcript by mail using the IRS Get Transcript website and choosing “Get Transcript by Mail.” The IRS Tax Transcripts will then be mailed to the address the IRS has on file within 5 to 10 business days. Students and parents may also go in person to an IRS office. Additional information available at the IRS Website.
2015-2016 June 1st Priority Deadline
Students who file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), submit all required documentation to the Financial Aid Office by June 1st and meet all eligibility requirements will be disbursed financial aid during the first week of the fall semester.

Cal Grant - September 2nd Deadline - Electronic Submission
We have electronically submitted students' GPAs (those with a Social Security Number only) to the California Student Aid Commission on July 29th, 2015 for the September 2nd, 2015 deadline.
Cal Grant - September 2nd Deadline - Manual Submission
All completed September 2nd GPA Verification Forms and academic transcripts are due in the Financial Aid Office on Friday, August 21st, 2015 by 12:30 p.m. for manual calculation. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this deadline.

2015-2016 Federal Work Study
The Federal Work Study (FWS) Program offers eligible students part-time employment on and off campus and it is accepting applications for the 2015-16 school year. Visit the Federal Work Study web page for additional information and to find out how to apply. Students must be eligible for federal financial aid to be eligible.
