To begin scheduling your 30 minute counseling appointment, SEP (Probation) Workshop or New Student Orientation:

Go online via your MyECC account, beginning on FRIDAYS after 5:00 p.m.

Click here for step-by-step instructions on scheduling a counseling appointment.

Counseling appointments are scheduled for one week in advance.

STUDENTS NEEDING AN SEP WORKSHOP: When booking your appointment online, please make sure you are signing up for the SEP workshop.  The SEP Workshops can be found in the online scheduling system under Counselor Group Selection --> Student Enhancement/Probation Workshops.  New Student Orientations and regular 30 minute appointments DO NOT qualify as SEP Workshops.

Please note: you are scheduling an appointment to come in and see a counselor at the Counseling office the following week.  NOTE: Sometimes there are same-week appointments available, so be sure to note the date and time of your appointment very carefully.  To help you remember your counseling appointment, you can:

** Print the confirmation page with the name of the counselor and the room number after you book your appointment.

** Make a note of the appointment in your planner or on your mobile device.

Appointments can be scheduled online beginning after 5:00 p.m. on Fridays until all appointments are booked for the following week.  You do not need to be at a computer right at 5:00 p.m.; you may go online anytime after 5:00 p.m.  Once all appointments are booked and closed, the appointments will then reopen again on Friday at 5:00 p.m. for the following week.

Appointments book & close faster as we get closer to registration for the new semester - go online on Fridays for the best availability of counseling appointments.
