Ask a Librarian Ask-A-Librarian: An Electronic Information Service          

The primary goal of this service is to provide via e-mail, brief, concise answers to factual questions and/or to suggest information resources and search strategies for research needs. (Please note that librarians will help but not complete class assignments for students, nor provide legal or medical advice.) 

Librarians also will respond to ideas for improving library services/facilities, problem reports, and praise! 

Our goal is to respond within a day, except during holidays, weekends, and school breaks.   Use the form below. 

If you are a Distance Education student who is reporting a problem with eBook access, please be sure to provide your name in the form that was used in registering for ECC classes and include your 7-digit student ID number in your description of the problem in the "question" box.
